Vasil Parvanovski (b. March 20, 1986) is a metal guitarist for the band ODD CREW. Songwriter
and guitar teacher.
At the age of 10 Vasil began playing guitar, inspired by his father, and by guitarists such as
Jimi Hendrix, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Tony Iommi, Dimebag Darell, Randy Rhoads, Eddie Van Halen,
Steve Vai, Al Di Meola, etc., and by bands like Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin, AC DC, Pantera,
Sepultura, etc.
At the age of 13 he started playing with his first band Kaskadiori (1998-2008). In 2008 the band
changed its name to ODD CREW, which he still plays with. By the age of 23 he released three
albums with Kaskadiori, while during this period he played blues with the most famous bluesman
in Bulgaria - Vasko the Patch, with whom he released two albums as a solo guitarist along with
Kaskadiori. In this period he wrote also music for the string quartet The Strings.
After changing Kaskadiori’s name to ODD CREW and quit playing with Vasko The Patch, they
released their first album 'We Are What We Are' (2008), followed by 'A Botte of Friends' (2010),
'Live DVD' (2011), 'Beyond The Shell' (2012) and 'Mark These Words' (2015).
He was a guitarist for the band Urban Grey for 2 years (2012-2014).
In 2013 Vasil Parvanovski graduated a Master degree from the National Music Academy
‘Pancho Vladigerov’ majoring ‘Pop and Jazz Guitar’ in the class of Assoc. Prof. Alexander Pumpalov.
